The Bükki Csillagda, an astronomical and nature education visitor centre of the Bükki National Park Directorate, opened on 8th March 2022, located in the heart of the Bükki National Park, near Répáshuta.

Szeleta Park Visitor Center
The Szeleta Park Visitor Centre in Miskolc is the newest exhibition site of the Bükk National Park Directorate. The Bükk National Park Directorate, established in 1977, is named after and is also one of the most valuable areas of the Bükk Mountains.

Lillafüred Chairlift
The Lillafüred Chairlift offers a beautiful view of the wonders of the Bükk Mountains from on high, carrying passengers from the Lillafüred resort area to Jávorhegy, towards Bükkszentkereszt.

Miskolc Zoo and Culture Park
The Miskolc Zoo and Culture Park is the zoo with the oldest history in Hungary; its predecessor, the royal game park, was founded back by Louis the Great.

Lillafüredi waterfall
Today, the Lillafüred Waterfall is Hungary's largest vertical-drop waterfall, with a height of twenty metres. The waterfall was created during the construction of the Palotaszálló hotel in Lillafüred, so it is an artificial waterfall, and originally the Szinva stream flowed into Lake Hámori.

Lillafüred Palace Hotel
The Lillafüred Palace Hotel was built between 1925 and 1929 next to Lake Hámori in the neo-Renaissance style. Lillafüred was named after Béla Vay's daughter, Erzsébet – nicknamed Lilla.

Diósgyőri castle
The Castle of Diósgyőr is situated in a beautiful natural setting. The magnificent, four-cornered tower, Gothic royal castle had the largest knight's hall in Central Europe and was one of the most beautiful and splendid fortresses in the country.
