Up from Bányahegy, among the trees, and then suddenly the landscape opens up — and there's the Nagy-mező. Grass bending in the wind, open sky, no one else. Through the Keskeny-rét the trail leads to Három-kő: among the rock formations you stop, you look, and you don't say much. This is the Bükk you would never see from a car. Back to Bányahegy, in a loop — it was worth it.
